Web Cam 3-axis Servo Kit for Real Time Video for pcDuino

Description

This a kit that includes web cam, 2 mini servo, and a servo fixture to assemble a complete web cam servo as following:

Webcam assembly steps

• Step 1. Take out the camera

• Step 2. Remove the pin

• Step 3. Remove the screws from the bottom

• Step 4. In order to fixed camera and shelf. Drill a hole then fixed with screw

• Step 5. Transform the camera shelf,cut off two flanks and plane the cut smoothly

• Step 6. After transformation, aligned the shelf with the botton of camera, making a mark in order to drill the screw hole.

• Step 7. To avoid covering the two screws on the bottom of camera, we need to drill two more hole on the flanks.

• Step 8. Now,fasten the camera on the shelf with screws.

• Step 9. Install the camera,twist the screws.

• Step 10. Install Servo

• Step 11. Install the webcam stand,choose a properly hole. If the rocker arm is too long,cut off the unwanted parts. Fasten by the screw.

• Step 12. Disassembly the webcam stand, install another servo

• Step 13. Connect the camera and webcamstand

• Step 14. Trim the servo holder and install into the base panel.insert the stand into the base,fasten by screw.
